The property is located approximately 40 minutes NE of the Calgary International Airport, or 1 mile east of Highway 9 at Irricana, Alberta on Twp Rd 274. The Rosebud River wanders through this property and consequently, there is a significant portion of the property that is severed by the river. There is an access easement registered on title such that the west portion of the property can be accessed through the NE-22-27-26-W4M.
